He Asked…She Said Yes!!!

This was a plan almost a month in the making to make sure all the important people in their lives were there to witness this special day. There were so many moving parts needing to fall into place so everything would be perfect, just like he imagined it would be for her…for them.

• Friends and family parked down the street and shuttled to the house to hide—check.

• Balloon arch made (repeatedly because it keep falling)—check.

• A colossal mix up with the bakery that did result in cupcakes, just not ones anything close to what was ordered—check.

• An elaborate plan to get her there —check.

• Plot twist: lost dogs that delayed their arrival—check.

• Rose petals in the perfect location and the man of her dreams anxiously awaiting her arrival—check.

A few hours behind schedule, but worth the wait. She arrived, he stepped into view, and I appeared from my hiding spot to sneak up behind her, without her noticing, to capture every moment as their story played out.

It was PERFECT!!! He spoke from the heart, dropped to his knee, and she squealed in delight. After they embraced, she turned to find her parents, family and friends peeking through windows to share in their day. Congratulations to you both as you embark on this new journey together as each other’s FIANCE!!!
