Just Add Water

The one main request from this sweet senior was being able to photograph her in the river. So, we made that happen to finish out her session. After a quick wardrobe change we headed down to the riverfront just as the sun was going down, which made for some gorgeous lighting. As soon as her feet hit the chilly water she was sent into a tip toed path out into the middle for her river debut. It didn’t take me long to realize that this girl was a dancer at heart as she gently splashed through the water with such grace—and pointed toes at that. There was a peacefulness about her as her inner dancer peeked out from within creating this perfect image. Just a girl doing what she loves, in a place she loves. Life was good, but better on the river.
